The new Flark generation will be built with the same principle but with some major differences. First there will be a sailing and a floating version, and eventually one meant to stay on land. Only. the upper structure will be alike, but meant as a tiny house, placed on the shore.
The new series will vary in length form 8 to 15 metres (26.2 ft to 49.3 ft).
The architecture has become more sleek and modern and clearly looks like one famlily. All sailing models have a moderate maximum beam up to 420 cm (13.8 ft) and a maximum height of 3 metres above the waterline.
All waterways in, for instance France, are very well sailable with these measurements, and this applies to several other countries, including the US.
The hull as well as the superstructure will be built in maintenance-free aluminum. The original roof has been traded for a, more or less, invisible upper deck, from where one can steer and enjoy the view 360 degrees. It can be used as an upper terrace as well.
Furthermore the concept has kept its characteristics, as they have proven their quality. It is with a reason that many houseboats at home and abroad were inspired by the first Flark concept.
